When Porsche unveiled the 911 GT2 RS at the 2017 Goodwood Festival of Speed, it was clear the car wasn’t meant to simply cap off the 991.2 generation—it was designed to redefine what a road-going 911 could be. With 700 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque from its twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter flat-six, it stood as the most powerful production 911 in history.
