After the not so very popular styling and design of the Porsche 996 Porsche introduced in 2004 the successor, the Porsche 997. And for the 2009 model year a reveised version of the Porsche 997 was introduced, the so called Porsche 997.2 line up. One of the most significant changes on the 997.2 model where the so called DFI engines (direct fuel injection), with a repsectively significant power and torque increase to the engine, as well as many other changes accompanying this reveised version of the 997 model.
