First registered on the 1st of January of the year 2000, this GT3 benefits from a comprehensive service history stamped in the original booklet, almost entirely at Porsche approved service workshops (before the days of Official Porsche Centres!) and the infamous Parr Motorsport.
With extensive and documented work having been carried out in recent years to keep this stunning example driving just as well as it should, the next owner will need to do nothing more than care for and enjoy this sure-to-be appreciating modern classic.
The 996.1 being the first GT3 from Porsche, homologating the 911 for use in the FIA’s GT3 championship and demonstrating proof of concept for the following quarter-century of Porsche GT cars, for many years these cars went unloved and unrecognised for their true significance in not just Porsche’s history but in the modern driving landscape, becoming the first in a long line of industry-benchmark performance cars.
