The Basalt black exterior rests on the classic five-spoke rims a little extra well… Michelin Cup2 which nicely fills out the wheel arches… The reason the eye is attracted a little extra is what Porsche themselves called the ‘X74 package’. A very German way of saying sports chassis. Something that brought with it a lower ground clearance and in many cases factory-mounted spacers of 5 mm. Small differences but oh so important. The inside is just as special. Black leather covers pretty much the entire interior with contrasts in silver. Both around the instrument cluster and in the seams that surround the interior.

There may be small differences, but the whole shows a 996 Carrera that stands head and shoulders above its counterparts in the market. Especially in combination with the X51 power pack.
