Development of the body was driven forward with a seamlessly integrated side skirt. To do justice to the “S” in the name, the body was widened by 30 mm on the front and rear axles. The body is made of 100% sheet metal.
The knowledge gained from 25 years of Porsche Classic, motorsport and tuning is evident in the driving dynamics. It is not just the chassis that ensures a solid yet comfortable roadholding. All steering connections have been optimized according to our perception.

In the 964 Classic S, numerous components for the interior were redesigned. It has to be practical and classic.

Sheet metal body
For the first time, the entire body was made of sheet metal. In the 964 Classic S, we deliberately forego our material pairing and opt for a body made from a single piece. The material chosen is slightly heavier than the well-known combination of carbon and Kevlar, but it has other impressive material properties.

Propulsion with grip implemented in a straight line. The extra power pushes you along the road with a sound that makes your heart beat faster. A pure-bred engine sound from two tailpipes in the ST look ensures an authentic motorsport feeling.
Sportec's performance approach has been implemented in a particularly differentiated way in the heart of the car. Already known and proven from the Ferdinand model series, the 3.8 liter engine provides sufficient power in all speed ranges. The 964 Classic S is ready for the next overtaking maneuver.

If you specifically want a sporty, comfortable ride, the Öhlins Road & Track is the only option for the 964 Classic S. Thanks to DFV technology, it is probably the most comfortable sports suspension on the market. Thanks to the adjustability of the rebound and compression stages, the Öhlins Road & Track can also be set up for sport.
Braking is done using Sportec technology. In addition, the reduced vehicle weight means that the braking distances are significantly shorter. The 964 Classic S anchors as required without compromise.
