On the body, the development was driven forward with a seamlessly integrated side sill. To do justice to the "S" in the name, the body was widened by 30 mm at the front and rear axles. The body is made of 100% sheet metal.
The knowledge gained from 25 years of Porsche Classic, motorsport and tuning is noticeable in the driving dynamics. It is not only the chassis that ensures a firm yet comfortable road holding. All steering connections have been optimized to our liking.

Numerous components for the interior of the 964 Classic S have been redesigned. It has to be practical and classic.

Body made of sheet metal
For the first time, the entire body was made of sheet metal. In the 964 Classic S, we deliberately dispensed with our material pairing and opted for a body made from a single casting. The chosen material is somewhat heavier than the familiar combination of carbon and Kevlar, but has other impressive material properties.
Drive
Straightforward propulsion with grip. The extra power pushes you along the road with a sound that makes your heart beat faster. Pure-bred engine sound from two ST-look tailpipes provides an authentic motorsport feel.
Sportec's performance approach has been implemented in a particularly sophisticated way in the centerpiece. Already familiar and proven from the Ferdinand model series, the 3.8 liter engine provides sufficient power in all engine speed ranges. The 964 Classic S is ready for the next overtaking maneuver.
Chassis
For the explicit desire for a sporty and comfortable ride, the 964 Classic S can only be fitted with Öhlins Road & Track. Thanks to DFV technology, this is probably the most comfortable sports suspension on the market. Thanks to the adjustability of the rebound and compression damping, the Öhlins Road & Track can also be tuned for a sporty ride.
Deceleration is provided by Sportec technology. In addition, the deceleration distances are significantly shorter due to the reduced vehicle weight. The 964 Classic S anchors as required without compromise.
