This Porsche has an interesting and extensively documented history.
A comprehensive CARFAX Vehicle History Report, including historical entries and service records, is available. According to CARFAX, no accidents or damage have been reported.
Additionally, a German vehicle appraisal report, the original sales documents from 2018, and numerous invoices and maintenance records are available.
Engine, Transmission, and Matching Numbers
The Porsche is equipped with the classic 3.2-liter flat-six engine producing 218 PS, paired with the synchronized G50 5-speed transmission.
The 2018 sales documents explicitly confirm that the engine and transmission have matching numbers.
Even back then, the engine was described as running dry and very smoothly. The G50 transmission was noted for its smooth, direct, and very precise shifting.
Even today, the car impresses with the immediate and mechanical driving feel typical of this generation of classic air-cooled 911s.
Maintenance and Investments
The Porsche has been continuously maintained and serviced over the years.
According to the sales documentation from that time, repairs totaling over €11,000 had already been carried out before I purchased it. The corresponding invoices are available.
In August 2018, at a mileage of 68,100 km, a service was performed by a Porsche specialist. At the same time, the tires on the front and rear axles were replaced.
After I took ownership in 2018, I invested an additional approximately €2,500 in the vehicle’s maintenance and upkeep.
In 2025, the Porsche also received new tires on the front axle.
The work performed is documented, where available, by invoices and records and can be viewed during an inspection.
Condition
The Porsche is in very well-maintained technical and cosmetic condition.
An existing German inspection report rates:
- Overall condition: Good
- Body condition: Good
- Paint condition: Good
- Unrepaired prior damage: None detectable
The engine runs smoothly, and the G50 transmission shifts cleanly and precisely. The body and interior are, on the whole, very well maintained.
I did not use this Porsche as a daily driver, but rather treated and maintained it in a manner befitting its age and character.
Documentation
The vehicle comes with, among other things:
- CARFAX Vehicle History Report
- German vehicle inspection report
- Original sales documents from 2018
- Maintenance records
- Repair invoices
- Additional documentation regarding the vehicle’s history
The combination of the Carrera 3.2, Targa, G50 transmission, matching numbers, Fuchs rims, Guards Red paint, low mileage, and extensive documentation makes this 911 a particularly interesting classic Porsche.
