Produced in September 2016, 911 R limitation number 112 was delivered new through Momentum Porsche (now Porsche River Oaks) of Houston, Texas in November 2016. No doubt inspired by the Communication Color livery in Porsche’s marketing materials, this well-optioned 911 R is finished in White with optional Red Satin side scripts, Red Decorative Side Stripes, and lightweight matte Silver centerlock wheels. The Black leather interior features the optional Deviated Stitching (Guards Red) Interior Package, heated Adaptive 18-way Sport Seats, Sport Chrono Package, Light Design Package, and BOSE Surround Sound System. Its clean CARFAX Vehicle History Report reveals that 911 R number 112 accumulated just 48 miles with its first owner and an additional 52 with its second by 2020. Its third and most recent owner added the majority of the car’s mileage, though use remained sparing, with the odometer showing just 2,348 miles by November 2025 when it was offered for sale by Porsche San Antonio as a Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned example. At the time of certification, the dealer conducted an inspection and its scheduled 10,000-mile service.
