The engine was replaced at 120,514 km in 2008 at Centro Porsche Girona—with full documentation.
In 2015, the car was built in an uncompromising RS-inspired direction with, among other things: change and respray from Oak Green to RS Mint Green, Big red brakes, H&R height-adjustable suspension, a Heiko roll cage (which can be unbolted if the rear seats need to be used), Recaro Pole Position seats, a Momo prototype Porsche steering wheel, G-pipe exhaust, Steve Wong chip, and Cargraphic 18” wheels.
The current owner has since upgraded the exhaust with a cup pipe and Dansk sports exhaust. The G-pipe and original center section can be included if desired. The current setup delivers a very well-balanced sound. About 2.5 years ago, the engine received an extensive check including valve adjustment and an inspection by Denmark’s leading specialist in classic Porsches.
A major plus: unlike many other 964s, the car is completely dry underneath—with no oil leaks. This is likely due to the relatively low mileage on the replacement engine (19,000 km).
All in all, you get a well-maintained, sharp, and great-driving 964 C2 in a color that never gets boring—and that turns heads wherever you go.
