Finished in Black (code 700) with Black top and Black upholstery. Very straight example with excellent gaps and panel fit. The paint condition is superb. The interior is in amazing condition along with the soft top and boot cover. Options include California Type Car, Steering wheel with elevated hub, Short shift lever for G50 transmission, 8-way electrical Right & Left seats, electric soft top, Automatic speed control, Sound system, 491 Turbo Look, Amplifier, and leather seats. Mechanically in very good condition with a 3.2L flat-six engine producing 217HP with a smooth shifting 915 manual 5-speed G50 transmission and four-wheel disc brakes. Rare opportunity to acquire a low mileage M491 Turbo Body last of the 3.2L Carreras.

History

When all was said and done the model 911 3.2 Carrera did not disappoint. It not only lived up to the standards set by the model 911SC that it replaced, it exceeded all expectations. Now a much sought-after classic car for Porsche enthusiasts, the model 911 3.2 Carrera was the last version of the original 911 series. The model 911’s produced after 1989 all came with completely new exterior styling as well as new brake, suspension, and electronic technology. You could say the 3.2 Carrera was a grand finale of sorts, but it was certainly not the end of the road for the 911.
