Porsche 993 Carrera 4S

The X51 package for the Porsche 993 is a rare factory option that upgraded the 3.6-litre engine to 3.8 litres and approximately 300 horsepower. The kit included modified internal engine parts such as pistons, camshafts and optimised intake and exhaust, making the car noticeably more powerful without losing its original reliability or everyday usability. As it is an official Porsche upgrade, the car remains completely “factory-correct”, which increases its value and collectability, especially in the case of the already beloved 993, the last air-cooled 911.
The colour Iris Blue is one of the rarer paint colours of the 993. Exact global production figures have never been publicly released, but based on registered occurrences and colour overviews, it is clear that Iris Blue accounts for only a small proportion of the total production of approximately 67,500 units. A 993 in Iris Blue with the X51 package is therefore considered particularly rare and sought after by collectors.
