As can be expected for such a low mileage example, the entire external bodywork emits a deep glossy shine overall with all glass and lenses remaining clear and free from any cracks. The paint is 100% original (see paint thickness measurement) and the entire front is covered with a transparent paint protection film to keep it perfect and damage-free at all times. The seats, door cards, switches, door cappings, dashboard and headlining are totally unmarked. Carpets and mats also remain in fine order.

Having been used sparingly by the vendor, this 993 Carrera 2 S is arguably, one of the best ever Porsche 911’s produced, and even by today standards, certainly no slouch!

Launched in 1997 as a rear-wheel drive version of the Carrera 4S, Carrera S combined a widebody look with more power over the year’s base model, pushing out 282 horsepower through its 3.6-liter “VarioRam” flat-six cylinder engine. It was specified from the factory with a suite of additional features which attest to its touring capabilities: traction control, cruise control, power sunroof, onboard computer and lightweight hollow-spoke wheels.

A history file containing these invoices accompanies the sale. This attractive 1997 911 Carrera S is further accompanied by its original manuals, maintenance booklet, tool roll, air compressor, spare, and jack.

The car currently has Belgian registration.
