BACKGROUND

The 993 Turbo holds a unique place in 911 history: the first to combine twin turbocharger technology, with all-wheel drive, and the last air-cooled 911 turbo ever built. Market values reflect its status as a blue-chip air-cooled collectible, with rapidly increasing prices.

At its heart is the 3.6L twin-turbo flat-six (M64/60), derived from Porsche’s racing engine lineage, sending its power to all four wheels through the G64/51 six-speed manual gearbox. In standard form it produces 408 hp; the result is effortless, all-weather supercar performance with a soundtrack unique to the air-cooled turbocharged cars.

ABOUT THIS CAR

This car was delivered new to Northern Italy in June 1995 (C07), where it remained for 31 years until 2026. The car is finished in Black Pearl Metallic (L744), a lovely shade of black that turns brown in the sunlight, with a matching extended black leather interior (VD). The car is protected by a full-body PPF.

This 993 turbo was configured as a real sports car: rare factory sunroof delete, electric sports seats (373/374), 92-liter fuel tank (545) and rear-wiper delete, wrapped in the charismatic black on black combination. To top it off, the first owner ticked the ‘498 rear badge delete‘ option to make sure this aggressive 911 turbo would fly under the radar on the Italian autostrada (note: a ‘Turbo’ badge was added later on, but can be removed upon request). Under the whale tail, the M64/60 twin-turbo flat-six received the WLS1 upgrade: 430hp with front oil cooler, along with refurbished turbochargers.

The car comes with its original stamped service book, leather pouch and two keys. It was well maintained throughout its life, and was extensively serviced ahead of sale: all fluids and filters were replaced, as well as any wearable items that needed replacing. A fresh set of Michelin Pilot Sport tires was also fitted.
