There were apparently no limits to the imagination—or the budget. As a result, this one-of-a-kind vehicle was created to stand out from the crowd. The vehicle’s configuration was developed in collaboration with Porsche’s Special Requests Department based on the premise of incorporating as many options as possible that were available at the time and considered “state of the art.”
The list of technically feasible features includes, among other things, the factory X51 performance upgrade to 381 PS using components from the GT-3 lineup, the matching PASM sport suspension including shorter shift travel, and the corresponding sport/flap exhaust system, 19-inch Turbo wheels with ceramic brakes, as well as the Sport Chrono Package Plus, a BOSE sound package, and the premium leather and aluminum interior package. The list goes on, as adaptive sports seats, Park Distance Control, and cruise control were also installed.
Among the most striking exterior features of this future design icon is undoubtedly the GT Silver Metallic exterior color, combined with the 19-inch Turbo wheels and the yellow calipers of the ceramic brakes.
Opening the doors reveals the interior and leaves you speechless: The entire interior, down to the finest detail, consists almost exclusively of just two materials.
Leather and aluminum as far as the eye can see. Even the interior lights, storage trays, PCCM trim, speakers, defroster vents, sill covers, and instrument panel covers—simply everything possible is lined with leather. Not to mention the A-, B-, and C-pillars and the headliner.
The light brown full-leather interior with adaptive sport seats features an extended leather trim package that includes, among other things, the door panels and the dashboard. The headrests are adorned with the embossed Porsche crest. In addition to the leather details, aluminum was used consistently throughout the interior, even in unusual places. Both the gearshift knob and the parking brake are made of solid aluminum. In addition to the comprehensive aluminum package, the front seat backrests, the PCM/climate control panel, and the center console were selected in silver to match the exterior color through the Special Orders department. These extravagant and costly details lend this special vehicle an exclusive touch with a sporty character.
The car is still in its third owner’s possession and has continued to be cared for with Swabian thoroughness, undergoing meticulous maintenance every two years. As a result, the car is not only in exceptional condition with a complete history, but also—with a low mileage of 32,720 km and the original paintwork fully intact—possesses qualities that make it absolutely worthy of a collector’s collection. All previous owners, as well as the mileage and service history, are fully documented with original receipts.
