Southern California 911 has been in a single-family ownership since new and has only 63,362 miles. It was delivered on March 25, 1991, by Porsche Carlsen in Palo Alto, California. It is finished in Midnight Blue Metallic (L37W) with a Cashmere Beige (LC) interior.

The midnight blue metallic paintwork is in beautiful condition and features a speed-activated rear spoiler, an electric sunroof, integrated fog lights, and heated and power-adjustable side mirrors. The upholstery is original and in excellent condition. The leather-wrapped steering wheel sits ahead of VDO instrumentation with a Blaupunkt Stuttgart Cassette radio. The 16” Design 90 wheels are finished in silver and mounted to Toyo Extensa HP 205 55 R16 front and 225 50 R16 rear tires (2023). The undercarriage is all original as well, with no rust.

Incredible documentation of all the service history from 1991 to present. According to the maintenance book and service records, Porsche dealers performed services from 1991 at 2,085 miles to 2003 at 41,189 miles. Service records on file show routine maintenance performed primarily by Sonnen Porsche in San Rafael, California. (later became Porsche Marin). This 964 has been meticulously serviced over the years. The most recent service was performed on March 28, 2024, at 63,337 miles, by Auto Strasse Porsche service in Costa Mesa, California. A full service was completed, including fresh engine oil and filter, a new front fan resistor, and replacement of the inner and outer rear axle boots.
