In the past ~10k km, the car has received the following servicing/maintenance:
– Engine reseal performed by Mike Auto in Vancouver (03/2022 at ~121k indicated km)
– Various new suspension bushings and links
– Undercarriage dry ice treatment

Notes on condition:
– Rear tires are worn and due to be replaced
– Oil pressure gauge is inop
– Windshield is chipped
– Leather on dashboard is beginning to lift
– Minor chips / wear on exterior
– Mileage discrepancy on carfax (possibly because of miles to KM gauge conversion)
