2009 Porsche 997 GT3 MK2 for sale!

GT3. Three simple letters that, when applied to the back of a Porsche, mean something special. The model was first introduced in the early ’00s and was meant to blur the line between race cars and road cars, which the 996 did wonderfully. After two iterations of the 996 GT3, we got the 997 and shortly thereafter the 997 GT3. The 997.2 GT3, with its light weight and 435 horsepower, is one of the best driving experiences the 997 has ever offered.

And the car in front of us is just that. A 997.2 GT3 from 2010, dressed in an elegant and timeless suit in Arctic Silver with titanium-colored centerlock wheels. But just like a bodybuilder in a nice suit, it’s hard for the GT3 to hide its muscles. The aggressive front end is complemented by the dominant wing at the rear. The GT3 leaves no doubt about what it was built for.

Open the driver’s door and you quickly discover that the interior follows the same policy. The entire interior is trimmed in Alcantara and leather, and the steering wheel and shift lever are also covered in Alcantara. And as with all GT3s, you’ll just find a GT3 badge where the rear seats used to be. The recipe is actually quite simple, but somehow this car feels completely different from a normal 997.

An excellent example of one of the best cars in the world with the right options and sold new in Sweden. Has been used sparingly and is in wonderful condition.
