This is a very rare 993 Targa Panoramic Roof coupe with the power retractable headliner and solid glass Targa roof, debuted by Porsche in 1996 and with the solid glass roof retracting underneath the rear window revealing a very large opening, the later incarnation of the earlier manually removable Targa roof and with this modern version lowered at the touch of a button. The 993 Targa roof was a revolutionary design which allowed the 993 Targa to retain the same profile of the other 993 models and without the inconvenience of having to store the top as in the previous Targa bodystyles. Either drive with the retractable headliner shielding you from the sun with the roof closed, retracted the headliner for the natural light of the glass roof overhead or lower the few square feet of glass completely at any speed by activating the rocker switch for the rush of air over your head and the feel of the open road! Only 1,276 US models were imported in 1997 out of a total production run (1996-98) of only 4,619 cars.

The original and rarely ordered factory Turquoise Metallic color paint is in absolutely beautiful condition  as the previous and long term owner had the car completely painted. The comfort seats and full supple leather show well with light signs of wear.
